A helicopter flight over Lake Powell will allow you to discover from above the calm blue waters of Lake Powell, the mountains that stretch to the horizon, the rock formations, including Tower Butte and Horseshoe Bend, a meander carved over the centuries in a magnificent horseshoe-shaped canyon.
You can also land at the top of Tower Butte. This tall, flat rock formation like a stone skyscraper emerging from the earth, stands more than 1,600 meters above the ground on the shore of Lake Powell.
